Nana’s Closet is a free service for Osprey Cove families hosting visiting grandchildren. It offers car seats, high chairs, strollers, toys, and more to help make visits easier.

Started several years ago and supported by generous residents, the Closet has been hosted by various groups and most recently stored at the OCOA office. It now has a new home, thanks to Sabrina and Tom Kerhin and the continued support of our community.

You’ll find a selection of items for infants and toddlers, including:
  • Car seats & booster seats
  • High chairs & gates
  • Pack ’n Plays
  • Bounce seats & walkers
  • Ride-on toys, bicycles, & a Little Tikes car
  • Umbrella strollers
  • And more!
Nana’s Closet also has medical equipment available, such as a scooter, crutches, wheelchairs, commodes, shower chairs, and other helpful items for those recovering from surgery or injury.

How to Borrow:
  • To request an item, please text Sabrina Kerhin directly at (330) 414-4993.
Note: Requests posted in Facebook comments or group posts will not be honored. All reservations must be made directly with Sabrina.

Claire Huber is helping spread the word through Facebook and other community platforms. Many residents have said they didn’t even know Nana’s Closet existed—our hope is that this visibility helps more families benefit from this thoughtful program.

Borrowing Guidelines:
  • Items are available by appointment only
  • A waiver must be signed before borrowing
  • Please clean items before returning them
  • Be sure to return items on time
Together, we can keep this beloved service running smoothly for years to come.
