About The Association

 

Osprey Cove Owners’ Association (OCOA) is a homeowner’s association established to support, maintain, and enhance the quality of life within the gated residential community of Osprey Cove, located in St. Marys, Georgia.

 

OCOA’s mission is to preserve the natural beauty and charm of our neighborhood, protect property values, and foster a welcoming environment for all residents. We do this by maintaining common areas and infrastructure, overseeing compliance with covenants and architectural guidelines, and supporting initiatives that contribute to a safe, vibrant, and connected community.

 

• Managing and maintaining shared community assets such as roads, ponds, entry gates, signage, and green spaces
• Enforcing the governing documents, rules, and architectural standards that preserve the character and integrity of the community
• Contracting with and overseeing third-party vendors including property management and security services
• Supporting transparent and responsible budgeting to ensure long-term financial health and sustainability
• Encouraging neighborly connection through clear communications and community engagement

OCOA is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected by property owners. The Board is supported by professional property management staff and resident-led committees. Together, they work on behalf of all homeowners to uphold our shared values and advocate for the long-term interests of Osprey Cove.

 

While OCOA manages the residential and common areas of the community, The Club at Osprey Cove — including the golf course, pool, fitness center, and the Tiki Hut — is independently owned and operated. Club membership is not required for residents but is available for those interested in additional recreational and social amenities.
