Community Association Manager – Heather Gaskin
The Community Association Manager (CAM) supports the Board of Directors in the day-to-day operations and overall governance of Osprey Cove. As the primary liaison between the board, homeowners, and vendors, the CAM helps ensure the association runs smoothly, responsibly, and in alignment with governing documents and state regulations.
Key responsibilities include coordinating vendor services, assisting with financial reporting, supporting board meetings, and promoting consistent enforcement of community guidelines. The CAM plays an important role in helping Osprey Cove remain a well-managed, welcoming place to live.
Community Association Admin - Jamie Ballew
Jamie Ballew serves as the Community Association Administrator for Osprey Cove, providing day-to-day administrative support to the Association office while helping ensure residents, vendors, committees, and visitors receive responsive, professional service. As one of the first points of contact for the community, she is committed to creating a welcoming experience and assisting with a wide range of operational needs.
With many years of experience in customer service and administration, Jamie supports daily office operations, maintains clear communication, and helps keep information and requests moving efficiently. She looks forward to getting to know the residents of Osprey Cove and contributing to the exceptional service and sense of community that make Osprey Cove a special place to call home.
