Sandra Finchum
Community Association Manager

Sandy Finchum serves as the Community Association Manager (CAM) for Osprey Cove Owners' Association, supporting the Board of Directors in the day-to-day operations and overall governance of the community. As the primary liaison between the board, homeowners, and vendors, Sandy helps ensure that the association runs smoothly, responsibly, and in alignment with governing documents and state regulations. Her role includes coordinating vendor services, assisting with financial reporting, supporting board meetings, and promoting consistent enforcement of community guidelines. Sandy is committed to helping Osprey Cove remain a well-managed, welcoming place to live.

Shane Angus
Architectural Review Board (ARB) Coordinator

As ARB Coordinator, Shane serves as the main point of contact between homeowners, builders, and the Architectural Review Board. He oversees the design review process to ensure all construction and renovation projects align with Osprey Cove’s architectural standards and community guidelines. With a background in project management and architectural compliance, Shane provides guidance throughout each phase—from initial concept through completion—helping maintain the integrity, appearance, and long-term value of the neighborhood. Chrissy Thompson
Administrative Coordinator

With a strong background in administrative support and community management, Chrissy ensures the HOA’s day-to-day operations run smoothly. She manages homeowner communications, coordinates with vendors and contractors, and helps enforce community standards. Known for her straightforward approach and attention to detail, Chrissy is dedicated to keeping the neighborhood informed, organized, and compliant.
