Community Association Manager – Heather Gaskin
The Community Association Manager (CAM) supports the Board of Directors in the day-to-day operations and overall governance of Osprey Cove. As the primary liaison between the board, homeowners, and vendors, the CAM helps ensure the association runs smoothly, responsibly, and in alignment with governing documents and state regulations.
Key responsibilities include coordinating vendor services, assisting with financial reporting, supporting board meetings, and promoting consistent enforcement of community guidelines. The CAM plays an important role in helping Osprey Cove remain a well-managed, welcoming place to live.
Administrative Coordinator
With a strong sense of professionalism and a welcoming approach, Alyssa Hilliard serves as Administrative Coordinator for Osprey Cove. She is often the first point of contact for residents, vendors, and guests, managing front office communications, answering phones, greeting visitors, and assisting homeowners with Architectural Review Board submissions and related administrative support. Known for her energy, attention to detail, and approachable nature, Alyssa is committed to supporting the OCOA team and helping ensure the smooth, efficient operation of the community.
