The Osprey Cove Owners Association
The Osprey Cove Owners Association (OCOA) was established to protect the community's shared assets, preserve property values, and ensure that Osprey Cove remains a beautiful place to call home.
The Association is responsible for maintaining common areas, managing community infrastructure, enforcing governing documents, overseeing architectural standards, and planning for the long-term care of community assets.
Through the dedication of volunteer Board members, committees, staff, and engaged homeowners, OCOA continues to guide the community with a focus on responsible stewardship and sound financial planning.
Growing Together
Over the years, Osprey Cove has evolved as new neighborhoods have been developed, families have moved in, and lasting friendships have formed. Residents have created clubs, volunteer organizations, social events, educational programs, and traditions that continue to strengthen the fabric of the community.
