ARB Modification Form
Planning an exterior change to your home or property? All modifications—such as landscaping, paint colors, fencing, roof replacements, or structural additions—must be approved by the Architectural Review Board (ARB) prior to starting work. Please complete and submit the ARB Modification Request Form to begin the review process. This ensures all updates align with Osprey Cove’s community standards and architectural guidelines. For questions about what requires approval, contact the OCOA office.
Golf Cart Registration
All golf carts operated within Osprey Cove must be registered with the OCOA for safety and accountability. Residents are asked to complete the Golf Cart Registration Form and return it to the office before using their cart on community roads. Registration helps ensure that all carts meet basic safety standards and are operated by authorized drivers.

Intent To Be A Board Member
If you’re interested in serving the Osprey Cove community and helping guide the direction of our neighborhood, we encourage you to submit the Intent to Be a Board Member form. Serving on the Board of Directors is a rewarding opportunity to contribute your time, expertise, and perspective to support the long-term well-being of Osprey Cove. This form lets the Nominating Committee know of your interest and ensures your name is considered during the next election cycle.
